By immersing hiring managers in unique perspectives, this experience will reveal any potential biases they might unknowingly hold. As a result, managers will foster greater empathy for diverse interviewees and make strides towards a more inclusive hiring process.
The upcoming “Ageism / Productive Meetings” DiVRse experience will bridge the gap between different generations, from Gen Z to Baby Boomers. Participants will gain a heightened understanding of microaggressions related to ageism, promoting awareness and reducing conflict in the workplace.
