Kiin have really gone the extra mile to ensure that Arcadis’ needs are met. After each VR experience, our leaders reported that not only were they now able to recognise un-inclusive behaviours, but they are energised to also act as better allies, displaying a behaviour transformation.We believe that the technology and the unique scenario created by Kiin have the potential to promote and sustain a truly diverse and inclusive environment. We’re partnering on scaling the learning with future scenarios.

Our acceptance rate for Kin’s trading is currently near 97% which is almost unheard of when it comes to DEI training. The effort and expertise that goes into the design is phenomenal. Kiin are bringing something unique to the Diversity and Inclusion world.

Working with Kiin has been a game-changer in the field of rehabilitation. The power of their VR experiences is allowing us to create a profound impact on inmates with a history of domestic violence. I am confident that in the future we will be able to expand to other areas of behavioral rehabilitation. Together, we’re making a real difference in reshaping lives and promoting a violence-free future.
